Enterprise Advisory

Enterprise Services

Helping organizations accelerate transformation, adopt AI responsibly, and deliver measurable business outcomes across banking, healthcare, telecom, manufacturing, retail and the public sector.

What I Help With

Four areas of engagement, drawn from three decades running large transformation programs and building the governance to keep AI adoption safe, auditable, and accountable.

Enterprise Transformation

Large organizations rarely fail at transformation because the technology is wrong. They fail because the operating model, the governance and the change management around that technology were never designed to hold it. I work with leadership teams to lead complex digital transformation initiatives end to end, from operating model redesign through enterprise wide business change, across BFSI, healthcare, telecom and public sector environments where the stakes and the regulatory constraints are real.

AI Adoption Strategy

Most organizations do not have an AI problem, they have a prioritization problem. I help leadership teams assess readiness honestly, identify the handful of high value use cases worth pursuing first, establish the governance structures that keep AI adoption safe and auditable, and build a roadmap that turns a strategy document into a working program.

Enterprise Intelligence

Enterprise Intelligence is the discipline of building decision support that combines Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation and an organization's own knowledge base into something leadership can rely on. I design and advise on these architectures directly, including the research published with Prof. Arpan Kumar Kar at IIT Delhi.

Executive Advisory

CIOs, CTOs and CEOs navigating enterprise AI rarely need another vendor pitch. They need a second set of eyes that has actually run large programs, owned P&L, and sat through the failures as well as the wins. I offer direct executive advisory, board level briefings, and hands on guidance for leadership teams making high stakes calls.

If any of this maps to a challenge your organization is working through

I would welcome the conversation. Reach out and let's talk through where you are today and where you need to be.
